How to go from the sublime to the ridiculous in one post

The last post -- a cello-piano duet of “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” -- was sublime.

This one is ridiculous.

In keeping with the season, sort of, here is “Cluck of the Bells” (1:21) by a choir that is pure poultry in motion.

I also want to send a shout out to two real chickens named Arietta and Mary in Tauranga, New Zealand, as well as my heartfelt apologies to Ukrainians everywhere.

  3. Oh dear. Music like that might result in them becoming shorter - by a head.

  4. How many hours does it take a "tech-savvy" human being to create such a clip? It was quite funny but surely there's better things they could be doing - like sweeping the yard or making a pie. Maybe a chicken pie?

  5. Ok, Mr RWP, NOW you've figured out some real Christmas cheer! I LOVE the chicken choir! In this life of aches & pains, tragedies and just the humdrum everyday difficulties, THAT was definitely a chuckle.
How did you and Mrs. RWP train your chickens so delightfully? Do you only get one egg each time you listen to the entire song? Hmmm, now that might get old....
