Hello, world! This blog began on September 28, 2007, and so far nobody has come looking for me
with tar and feathers.
On my honor, I will do my best not to bore you. All comments are welcome
as long as your discourse is civil and your language is not blue.
Happy reading, and come back often!
And whether my cup is half full or half empty, fill my cup, Lord.

<b>Remembrance of things past (show-biz edition) and a few petty gripes</b>
Some performing groups came in twos (the Everly Brothers, the Smothers Brothers, Les Paul & Mary Ford, Steve Lawrence and Edyie Gormé, ...
Alrighty then.
ReplyDeleteBut do you like it?
DeleteI have mixed feelings.
DeleteLove that gentle sunset. A code breaker I am not.
ReplyDeleteIt’s not code to be broken, it’s more of a piece of artwork. When rotated 90 degrees, it looks to me like the space shuttle on the launching pad at Cape Canaveral, Florida, but then I have always had an overactive imagination.
DeleteHa, ha. I had a quick look at this and didn't know where to start.
ReplyDeleteI suppose more people might think of it as funny-peculiar than as funny-ha-ha (I seem to have that effect on people without trying) but it pleases me that you are in the latter group. *waves like Queen Elizabeth...
DeleteFunny peculiar fits the bill in my book.
ReplyDeleteI rest my case.
ReplyDeletebut you didn't tell us the codes!
ReplyDeleteAnd it was rather inconsiderate of me, too, now that I think about it. But just google "HTML codes" or "HTML special characters" and you should be able to find charts galore on your own! Don't make me do ALL the work....
Deletehow about a little bit of work?
