A close second was Queen Elizabeth II jumping out of a helicopter and parachuting into the stadium, but she was disqualified from the competition when it was revealed that a stunt double had done the actual jumping.

Even Mr. Bean would have had trouble making this group laugh.
Of course the royal party weren't laughing. They were dedicating a statue in memory of The Queen's mother, Prince Charles's grandmother and a national treasure right up to her death. They were remembering someone they had loved. All four of them have displayed healthy senses of humour in the past.
