Separated at birth?
Is it just me or do these two look alike?

Comedian Buddy Hackett (right)
The resemblance is even more startling when you hear the Congressman speak.

I have tried to read between the lines of your comment, and I think what you are saying is that self-control is the gift that keeps on giving. I doubt very much, though, that Billy Ray Barnwell would know what you are talking about.
You are right and they do sound exactly alike. When I do listen to him, which I try not to, I have to really concentrate to understand!
