An article in this week’s issue of The Cherokee Ledger-News began with the following sentence:
An area man was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after his KIA Optima left the highway, traveled down a 50-foot embankment and was struck by several trees.
Not so optima after all.

Well I guess its a very well made car :)
ReplyDeleteAll, two of you got it and two of you missed it. What prompted me to show you this sentence from our local newspaper was the idea that the car didn't strike the trees, the trees struck the car. I don't think that's what the reporter really intended to say.
