ReplyDeleteIs Duke University named after your hero - The Duke of Edinburgh? He was wild in his youth too but he didn't have a gun - except when shooting grouse and pheasants.
ReplyDeleteI like that shade of blue, it is like the French football team color “les Bleus.” As for Duke University I read a long time ago, while reading about the robber barons of the gilded age, that it had been named after James Buchanan Duke, a uber wealthy tobacco businessman, or after the Duke family.
